Community Tennis

In 2018 Live Love Sport started its community tennis project..

Now more than 6 years later, we have managed to build a community tennis business that teaches over 450 people every week. We work across 3 community park sites, have delivered coaching to more than 10 schools and have partnerships with local authorities, governing bodies and charities.


We hope to expand this to offer more classes, competitions and events and open up tennis to even more players over the next 5 years of operations.

Community Tennis Venues

Live Love Sport opened its first fixed community tennis venue in September 2018 at Wimbledon Park. Our main aim was to use the amazing public venue to offer higher quality coaching to players who weren't interested or able to join a tennis club. The program quickly grew, peaking post Covid with over 300 weekly players participating in a tennis program that has become known as the Wimbledon Park Tennis Academy (WPTA).


In September 2021, Live Love Sport signed a contract to work with our local council in Richmond (LBRUT) to run two further sites at locations in Hampton and Twickenham - right on our family doorstep and in the community where our children grew up and went to school! This 2nd phase of operation brought the launch of TW Tennis - our 2nd community tennis brand that now teaches over 150 players each week and hosts a range of competitions, leagues and holiday camps every year.
